Enjoy access to the pools, gym, beach, and restaurants of the SunScape All-Inclusive Resort (daily fee per person payable directly to the resort). Minutes from the airport, La Isla, and the Malecón. There is no more beach access fee for the owners to pay. The resort turned into an all-inclusive December 2024. The all-inclusive is NOT mandatory daily any longer. If guests or owner choose to use it, they need to pay a fee daily. The all-inclusive includes beach access common areas and all you can eat and all you can drink at all the on site restaurants. If they do not pay the fee, they only have access to the condo. Here is the fee structure for they all inclusive. During Spring and Autumn season prices for passes are as follows All-Inclusive Pass is 8:00 am to 11:00 pm - Child $38 USD per day, Adult $61 USD per day. During Summer and Winter seasons prices for passes are as follows Full-Day Pass, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm - Child $42 USD per day, Adult $67 USD per day.
